Questions, answered.
Training
No. Athletic Development exists specifically as an on-ramp for anyone new to structured training, or returning to it after time away.
Conditioning builds work capacity and endurance through interval-based training. Performance builds speed, power, and reaction — short, explosive efforts rather than sustained output.
Training shoes, a water bottle, and clothing you can move freely in. Chalk and straps are available on the strength floor.
Membership
Most athletes train 2–4 sessions per week across their chosen programs. Your exact frequency depends on the block — see each membership tier for the included session count.
Yes. Programming is reviewed regularly, and your session mix can shift as your goals or schedule change — this is discussed directly with your coach.
Sessions
Most FORGE sessions run 40–60 minutes depending on the program — Recovery is the shortest at 40 minutes, Strength runs a full 60.
Yes. Recovery is a standalone program, not an add-on — you can book it on its own or alongside a Strength or Performance block.
Coaching
Yes — Private Coaching is fully individualized programming, coached one-on-one, and can flex between strength, conditioning, and recovery from week to week.
Coached sessions are staffed by whichever FORGE coach specializes in that program, so you’ll typically see continuity within a program even outside Private Coaching.
Studio
Foundation and Performance memberships include open floor access outside coached hours, in addition to scheduled sessions.
